4 sourdough / homemade rolls
Lettuce, Pickles, Sauce of Choice (Tomato, Mustard, BBQ, Pepper)
Instructions
Combine the ground beef, parsley, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Form the mixture into 4 evenly sized patties.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface.
Cook the patties for about 4–5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your preferred doneness.
Slice and lightly toast the sourdough rolls if desired.
Assemble each burger with lettuce, pickles, and your choice of sauce. Serve immediately.
